Q. We really need to understand the legal process more fully. Do you run any training courses?
Yes. Either at your offices or at a suitable venue.

Q. Could you organise a training course at our offices?
Yes, we can provide training either at our premises or yours. There are more details here.

Q. How much is this likely to cost?
We charge a daily rate of £1,200 plus expenses for up to 25 of your staff.

Q. Who would present the training course to us?
The training course would be presented either by a member of the Institute of Credit Management or one of our experienced solicitors

Q. Will other course documentation be available to our delegates?
Definitely!

Q. We need advice on our credit management policies. Do you offer a consultancy service?
Yes - this would normally be carried out by Trevor Phillips, FICM - our Marketing Consultant and a past Vice President of the Institute of Credit Management.

Q. What benefit could I expect from your consultants?

Q. Do you have a simple form of credit control audit that you could carry out for us?
Yes - A half-day on-site audit costs £450 plus travel expenses. A full written report with recommendations is supplied following the visit.
