Giving Instructions for an LBA

You can give instructions for LBAs in 4 ways:

1. Web Site - you can enter the details via our web site
2. Fax/Post - we provide an LBA instructions pad with sheets that you can fill in and fax or post to us
3. Email - we can supply an Excel template
4. Any other way that is convenient to you.

Giving Instructions for a Claim

You can give us instructions to issue a Claim in a number of ways:

• Our web site enables you to simply issue instructions
• We will send you a form (we call it an Action Report) the day before a Claim can be issued. You can give us instructions by completing and returning this form. It is usually best to fax this to us before 12 noon on the day you want a Claim issued.
• You can instruct us to take action automatically. This is called pre-listing. We will issue a Claim on every case unless you tell us not to.

You can give instructions on any of the many other points that arise in the way that is most convenient to you - through the website, by email, fax, post or telephone.
