Our PreLegal service is geared around contingency charges. Where a legal action has not been commenced our standard charges for first-time placement UK commercial debts are:

	A ONE-OFF DEBT	MULTIPLE DEBTS
Debts less than 6 months old	10%	7%
Debts 6-12 months old	15%	10%
Debts over 12 months old	25%	20%

Where the debtor is an individual, or a business cheque or credit card payment has been dishonoured, our rates are doubled.

Subject to a minimum commission of £15.00 each time a debtor makes a payment. UK debts will normally be in PreLegal for 30 days.

Reduced rates are available to existing clients where a Conflict case arises.
