Our practice is to serve all UK limited companies at their current Registered office address
rather than at the trading address. A charge of £6.00 is made for the RO search at the time of issue.

County Court Bulk Centre (CCBC) - Claim Production Centre (CPC)
The County Court fees quoted above are based on the cases being issued through the CCBC or CPC against one or two defendants. There is an additional £15.00 - £50.00 court fee per case (which is recoverable, if successful) if the claim is issued through our local court.
