- Negotiate a settlement via Lovetts - we have extensive experience in bringing cases to a conclusion quickly and successfully
- If the claim is for less than £5000 and the defence is straightforward, use the Lovetts Small Defended Claims service
- Handle it yourself especially if it is a small claim (under £5000) - our solicitors will tell you if it is safe for you to do this, and we can give you detailed guidance to help you
- Mediation or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) may be appropriate
- If our solicitors recommend that they should handle the case for you, they will advise you on the best way to do it, and in particular whether summary judgment is feasible. Detailed cost estimates will be provided, together with updated cost figures as the case proceeds
